mussels are gluten-free

After yesterday's loooong and lovey-dovey post — I just couldn't help it; the Chef and I are getting married! — this one will be brief.

I have only this to say about the mussels the Chef is making at his restaurant right now, the ones with cream, Dijon mustard, and fresh rosemary:

My DH put my engagement ring in a GF bowl of mussels. I keep telling him that we need to go back to that restaurant so that I can look for the matching earrings... But we also talk about growing older together and the romance of finding our TEETH in the mussels...

I have to tell you, I could eat these mussels of the Chef every day of the week. It makes sense to me, your daily desire to devour them.
